TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR VEHIVILLE
Welcome to Vehiville, an online platform operated by RS Vehiville, a subsidiary of the RS
Group of Companies, a company registered in Ghana under the Companies Act 2019 (Act
992). Vehiville provides services for car rentals, sales of new and used cars, and maintenance
and repair services for vehicles primarily in Ghana, with plans for expansion to other parts of
Africa. By accessing or using our website or related services, you agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal
data in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana. We recommend
reviewing the Privacy Policy alongside these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, browsing the Platform, or using any services, you confirm that you
are at least 18years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are
using the Platform on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority
to bind that entity to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material
changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such
changes constitutes acceptance or the updated Terms.
2. Description of Services
Vehiville offers the following services:
Car Rentals: Booking and renting vehicles from verified providers in Ghana. All
rentals comply with Ghana Tourism regulations, and safety standard GS 4510:2022.
Car Sales: Platform for buying and selling new and used vehicles. Used vehicles must
meet import regulations.
Maintenance and Repairs: Scheduling and booking vehicle maintenance, repairs, and
related services from our certified mechanics and workshop.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate information,
including your name, email, phone number, and payment details. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your
account.
You agree to:
∙Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
∙Not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
∙Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (e.g., logos, text, images) is owned by us or our licensors and
protected under Ghana’s Copyright Act, 2005 (Act 690). You may not copy, modify, or
distribute content without permission.
By uploading content (e.g., vehicle photos), you grant us non-exclusive, royalty-free license
to use it for Platform purposes.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties,
including merchantability or fitness purpose, to the extent permitted by law (e.g., Sale of
Goods Act, 1962).
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 6months. This does
not limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Users indemnify us against claims arising from their misuse of the Platform.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access for violations, with or without notice. Upon termination, your
obligations (e.g., payments) survive.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved through
mediation or arbitration in Accra, Ghana, under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act 2010
(Act 798). If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with Ghanaian courts.
For users outside Ghana, you agree to comply with local laws, but these Terms remain
subject to Ghanaian jurisdiction.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters,
government actions).
11. Miscellaneous
∙Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
∙Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not without consent.
∙Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement
